大谷翔平がトップの州が全米の過半数に達したとのこと。
これはそれを大統領選挙に例えて動画で紹介したもの。

Baseball Reference's 2021 data for their most popular player page by state — if imagined as an election — would put Shohei Ohtani in the Oval Office even when competing against all the other leaders combined. Not only does the AL MVP run away with the electoral college vote, but he tops the tally in Florida, Illinois and Texas, despite each of those states having two MLB teams each... none of which are the Angels. Among some of the more curious results are long-time Detroit Tigers star Miguel Cabrera topping the results in New Mexico and Dodgers DH Albert Pujols leading the way in West Virginia.
